- Salary will be increased upto 40,000/- after probation period of Three months, on satisfactory performance.

Responsible for following operations/duties.
1. Customer Interaction Greet customers warmly and professionally. Receive laundry/dry cleaning items from customers. Hand over ready orders with courtesy.
2. Order Management Tag, record, and categorize received items properly. Enter orders in the system (basic computer/POS entry). Ensure correct pricing and category selection. Issue receipts/slips to customers.
3. Payment Handling Collect cash or confirm online payments. Maintain accurate daily cash record.
4. Communication & Coordination Update customers about order status (pickup/delivery time). Communicate special instructions (stain removal, delicate fabric care) to the processing team. Coordinate with delivery staff for pickup & drop schedules.
5. Customer Care Handle customer queries, complaints, or requests politely. Maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere. Promote offers/discounts to walk-in customers.
6. Record Keeping & Cleanliness Maintain logs of received and delivered items. Ensure counter/collection area is clean and organized. Keep proper record of daily sales and handed-over items.
Key Skills Required
Having a little Knowledge of Computer and can utilize social media like facebook, tiktok, instagram, youtube, & x. com for promotion. Good communication skills (Urdu). Polite, friendly, and professional behavior. Basic computer/point-of-sale knowledge.
One Pickup & Delivery Boy license Holder
Salary=25,000/-
Job Responsibilities
- Collect & Deliver laundry, dry-cleaning, carpets, curtains, and other items from customers.
- Verify item count and issue receipt/order slip.
- Handle cash or digital payments as per company policy.
- Maintain delivery vehicle in clean and good condition.
- Provide excellent customer service and report feedback to office.
- Will Assist Receptionist or Front Desk Officer
Other Term & Conditions
Requirements:
Minimum Matric (or equivalent) education.
Valid driving license.
- Having experience to drive Suzuki Pickup.
- Excellent knowledge of the Islamabad and Rawalpindi streets and roads.
Own bike (preferred, Fuel will be provided for operation).
Basic knowledge of using smartphone apps for orders.
Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Assist Front Desk Receptionist.
